We adopt a clear DEI approach that applies to every aspect of the recruitment process. This includes:

  • Using respectful and inclusive language to affirm belonging.
  • Proactively seeking members of equity-seeking groups, focusing on networks that attract and serve these individuals, and fostering long-term relationships with professional networks that attract and serve diverse and underrepresented groups.
  • Tackling diversity issues head-on, not as passive observers. We address unconscious biases, educate on inclusive hiring practices, and urge clients to ensure diversity, inclusion, and equality are applied in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Emphasizing skills over experience. This includes a search process that aligns lived experiences and contributions with sought-after qualifications.
  • Applying technology and tools to foster an inclusive process. Our candidate portal allows them to self-identify, and we use sophisticated survey tools to provide clients with data on the diversity of their candidate pools.
  • Pursuing our clients' diversity goals boldly and diligently, we provide training and information on best practices in the hiring process to assist our clients in conducting inclusive searches.
