MAKING SUCCESS STORIES HAPPEN

Morgan Philips' commitment

Discover our commitments in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility and our concrete actions for a better world.

Through various CSR initiatives, Morgan Philips Group is committed to building a more united, inclusive, and sustainable society.

Numerous internal initiatives, involving all our employees, are implemented in favor of diversity and the environment: Morgan Philips' corporate social responsibility primarily rests on sensitized and engaged employees!

Our CSR policy, in line with our values (agility, humility, commitment, teamwork, ambition, and disruption), revolves around four axes: ecological and energy transition, diversity, associative solidarity, and well-being at work.

A committed group for
sustainable development

What we achieve on a daily-basis:

  • Reduce the usage of plastic, by providing water fountains, mugs, recyclable steel bottles, and reusable cups made from natural materials.
  • Reduce the usage of paper, by favoring document dematerialization through digital tools such as Nibelis, Expensya, Elevo, and Docusign.
  • We promote the use of public transportation, carpooling, and eco-friendly transportation for commuting and business trips.
  • We limit non-essential travel by encouraging telecommuting and video conferencing.
  • We reduce our electricity consumption by switching to LED lighting in all offices and implementing a general lighting cutoff system on the work floors to prevent unnecessary consumption.

Towards a more inclusive and diversified society together

  • Using respectful and inclusive language to affirm belonging.
  • Morgan Philips' teams are trained to combat all forms of discrimination.
  • Morgan Philips Canada is deeply committed to the inclusion of Indigenous people. See more on our Diversity & Inclusion page. .

Our acts of solidarity :

  • Morgan Philips Canada supports tomorrow's adults through the Hop! La rentrée association, which is committed to making education equitable for all by making the same tools available to every child, regardless of family or social situation.
  • The team also made donations to the Opération Enfant Soleil association, which raises funds to support the development of quality pediatrics in Quebec City. Donations are used to finance cutting-edge medical equipment and make care more accessible.

Our actions in terms of Quality
of Work Life (QWL)

  • We are offering to our teams internationally a well-being and mental health program through My MPG Coach sessions
  • Office space arrangements with a cafeteria area and acoustic booth for important or confidential calls without disturbing or being overheard by other colleagues
