Part 1: Understanding workplace dynamics
This interactive training course offers your company 's employees an enriching experience to explore how our individuality influences our professional interactions. It aims to improve cohesion, optimize teamwork and foster stronger relationships between members of your organization.
A fun, interactive activity
Through engaging activities and dynamic games, we use the Myers-Briggs model to explore the facets of personality in a professional context. This approach allows participants to immerse themselves in real-life situations that reinforce their understanding of team and corporate interactions.
Training objectives:
- Deepen understanding of personality and its impact on communication
- Recognize and value the diversity of traits in a professional setting
- Improve the ability to interpret and understand other people's messages and make decisions
Methodology
Participants will be invited to the training session, which will include presentations on personality concepts, group discussions, role-playing and practical activities. Estimated duration: 3 hours (180 minutes).
Minimum of 10 participants and 30 participants per group. The activity takes place face-to-face.
Part 2: Managing and influencing tense and conflictual interactions
Have you ever felt uncomfortable or like you were walking on eggshells during tense conversations at work? In the workplace, tense interactions are more common than you might think. However, with the right tools and a better understanding of interpersonal dynamics, these tensions can become opportunities for consolidation and development for your employees.
Our second session offers an interactive and engaging experience to explore the interplay between personality and communication in conflictual contexts. Through games and activities, your team members will learn to better understand their communication style, adapt their approach and manage tensions effectively.
