Frédéric Vignaud has been working in executive search for nearly 20 years. His career has been guided by a constant focus: supporting organizations in their most strategic decisions, those that impact their leadership teams.
With a simple, pragmatic, and results-driven approach, he advises executives and companies on attracting the right talent at the right time. A graduate in Communications from the Université de Montréal, Frédéric began his career in large agri-food corporations, where he developed a strong understanding of operations, frontline realities, and hands-on leadership.
In 2005, he transitioned into professional and executive recruitment within an international firm, where he learned industry best practices and refined his expertise in search strategies. Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, and following advanced training at HEC in talent management best practices, psychology, stress management, and change implementation effectiveness, he founded his own boutique executive search firm in 2008. His direct approach, attentive understanding of business needs, and ability to identify rare profiles quickly led to strong growth and a solid reputation in the market. In 2018, he launched Morgan Philips in Canada and assumed its leadership, joining an international group present in 20 countries. His ambition is to provide Canadian and international organizations with broader access to specialized talent, while maintaining a high-touch service model and an uncompromising standard of excellence.
