CO-DEVELOPMENT
Morgan Philips Talent Consulting, through its partner Groupe Perspective, offers a co-development service: innovative training based on sharing expertise and knowledge through role-playing.
This unique programme enhances individual skills, strengthens team cohesion, and stimulates creativity and problem-solving. By simulating real-life situations, your teams learn to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly and adapt quickly to change.
Co-development is a training approach based on sharing the expertise and knowledge of a group using a real-life case study to gather ideas, strategies, tips and reflections that can be directly transferred to day-to-day professional practice. A professional co-development group is based on a role-playing dynamic involving the participants around the same table. One of them will be identified as the client and the others will act as consultants for the benefit of the group.
For this type of session, Morgan Philips Talent Consulting takes on the role of coordinator and facilitator: Solicit the group to decide on the case study to be analysed during the session and support the client in presenting its case study. The role of the facilitator is then to encourage discussion within the group. The success of such an exercise will depend on the active participation of all those involved and the diverse experience of the participants, resulting in a plurality of visions and solutions.

Today, Jessica coaches leaders and teams to increase their performance. Her secret? To equip individuals with interpersonal skills in the workplace. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Public Administration (MAP). She is also a member of the Order of Chartered Administrators (Adm.A).
