Personality and communication

Your personality shapes your communication style, decision-making, and how you interpret messages, whether in smooth interactions or tense situations between colleagues. ​

Part 1: Understanding dynamics at work

The first part of our training is based on the Myers-Briggs framework, enabling your employees to explore different aspects of personality in a professional context. Participants engage in real-life scenarios that deepen their understanding of team and organizational interactions.
The aim is to improve team cohesion, optimize group work, and strengthen relationships across your organization.

Part 2: Managing and influencing tense and conflictual interactions

Our second session offers an interactive experience to explore the connection between personality and communication in conflict situations. Through games and activities, team members will learn to better understand their own communication style, adapt their approach, and manage tensions effectively.

Leading High-Stakes Conversations and Navigating Disagreements

The most critical conversations in leadership are often the most challenging—whether it’s strategic discussions, delivering tough feedback, or navigating sensitive negotiations. Poorly handled, they can damage relationships; done well, they become powerful tools to mobilize, inspire, and strengthen collaboration.​​​

This interactive training provides participants with a dedicated space to explore strategies and mindsets for leading these conversations with confidence, clarity, and impact. Attendees will have the opportunity to share experiences, discuss real-life scenarios, and reflect collectively on best practices to transform tension into opportunity.

The focus is on practical, immediately applicable techniques that leaders can use to enhance the quality of their interactions, reduce misunderstandings, and create a climate conducive to performance. Leveraging collective intelligence, each participant will leave with concrete, tailored strategies for their own professional reality.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify the key levers for improving listening quality in high-stakes, sensitive conversations
  • Regulate the energy of a discussion and choose the right moments to intervene for maximum impact and engagement
  • Use authentic, targeted communication to clarify intentions, build alignment, and reduce resistance

Methodology:

Participants will be invited to the training, which will include presentations on personality concepts, group exchanges, role-playing and practical activities. Estimated duration: 3 hours (180 minutes).
